(Like my other book, Seven Studies is produced print-on-demand, so whoever sells it, it’s shipped out of one of two warehouses worldwide it’s just a question of how often sellers update their databases, and – in the UK at least – Amazon’s system realising there is sufficient demand to make stocking worthwhile).
